These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using the National Schools Partnership ("NSP") website and any websites operated as part of the NSP programme.

The National Schools Partnership is operated by We Are Futures Limited ("We Are Futures", "we", "our" or "us").

An NSP account may only be created by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Interactive lessons, educational games and other child-focused resources are designed to be used without children needing to create an account.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide when creating an account is accurate and kept up to date.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where this is necessary to protect the security or integrity of the website or its users.
5. Educational use
The National Schools Partnership exists to support education.
Unless we state otherwise, teachers, schools, home educators and parents may download, print, display and use our educational resources for their own non-commercial educational purposes.
You must not:
- sell or commercially exploit our resources;
- remove copyright notices or branding;
- claim our materials as your own;
- modify resources in a way that misrepresents their content, purpose or origin; or
- use our resources in a way that is unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Children using our interactive educational resources do not need to create an NSP account.
