Warburtons Family Baked Moments Competition: Terms & Conditions
1. The competition is open to all primary age children aged 5-11 years in mainland England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland who attend a school that has registered for the Warburtons Bake the Most of Life programme or whose parents/guardians are registered for the Warburtons Bake the Most of Life programme.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per pupil/child.
4. An entry is defined as a completed competition form found in the downloadable Family Baked Moments Competition page on the Bake the Most of Life website. Pupils must either use the form provided or if more space is required, additional paper can be used. The entry will only be counted if the details requested on the entry form are also present on any additional materials. The form must be completed in full to be considered.
5. There will be three winners for the Family Baked Moments competition. Two individual winners will be chosen, one for each age group of 5-7 and 7-11. Then 1 overall winner across both age groups. This will be decided by Warburtons.
6. To be eligible for this competition, the pupil must attend a school that has registered for the Warburtons Bake the Most of Life programme or must have a parent/guardian that has registered for the Warburtons Bake the Most of Life programme, and have the full permission of a teacher, parent, or guardian.
7. Pupils must submit their entry by sending their entry to We are Futures, 1 Paris Garden, London, SE1 8ND, FAO Family Baked Moments Competition, or by emailing it to competitions@nationalschoolspartnership.com. A free post envelope can be found within the resource download at https://www.bakethemostoflife.co.uk/competition/.
8. All entries submitted cannot be returned and are the property of Warburtons and We Are Futures. Copyright and all other intellectual property rights and interests will be and are hereby assigned to Warburtons. The entry may be used for, amongst other things, post-event publicity (including reproduction of quotes) or for internal purposes including newsletters and presentations by Warburtons and We Are Futures.
9. The competition deadline is Friday 28 November 2025. The three winning pupils will be notified of their win by 12 December 2025.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries for the competition in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
11. The two individual prize-winning pupils will receive a voucher for at-home meal kits of their choice worth up to the value of £150 (for example JnrChef). These winners will be asked their preference and the voucher will be purchased and provided by The Promoter. The overall winning pupil will receive a cooking workshop for their whole class. The supplier of the workshop will depend on winner’s location and the school’s preference.
12. All prizes are awarded on condition that winning pupils/children and schools/parents/guardians agree to take part in Warburtons and We are Futures reasonable publicity requests, as appropriate. Personal details of the winning pupil/school or child/parent/guardian details will not be passed to anyone other than The Promoter.
13. The Promoter reserves the right in his/her reasonable discretion: a. To disqualify any competitor whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct. b. To declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on this website, and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims. c. To add to or to waive any rules and prizes on reasonable notice. d. And/or to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Incorrect, incomplete, or illegal entries will not be accepted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, undelivered, delayed, damaged or mislaid entries.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify any entry which is not in accordance with the rules.

17. Employees and agents of Warburtons or We are Futures, connected with the production or distribution of a promotion or any of their associated companies, are not eligible to take part in the applicable promotion, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
18. By entering the competition, the entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by other requirements set out in this competition.
